Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Terra Haven! We hope you are completely satisified with your purchase — but if not, let’s make it right!

Please let us know right away if an item does not meet your expectations. We will happily offer a return label, replacement, refund, and/or store credit upon request. 

Please note all sales are final on items sold by the case. Any and all shipping costs are non refundable. See below for specific details on our return policy, exceptions, and for info on missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments.


RETURN PROCESS

Please notify Customer Service at info@shopterrahaven.com to help us correct the issue asap. Include photos of the problem, if applicable. 

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your return. Please wait to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and/or Return Shipping Label (RSL), place the item securely in its original packaging along with the RMA form provided and/or affix the RSL to the outside of package.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Please do not attempt to ship return product until you receive RMA and return shipping label/instructions.  


REFUNDS

We will begin processing your return once the item is received. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow at least seven (7) additional days for bank processing.

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

I wish we didn’t run into mishaps, but sometimes life happens. For quality assurance, we require photos for replacement of missing, damaged, or incorrect products. A product refund may be offered without photos, and typically shipping costs are nonrefundable, but this will be determined on a case by case basis.

If product arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damaged item and/or shipping package if applicable so we can see what went wrong. A report will be filed with the shipping carrier for lost or damaged packages.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will make every effort to correct issues with your help. Thank you for understanding. 

EXCEPTIONS     

Please Note: Bulk products, all items by the case, special orders, and any items with a price ending in $XX.98 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Final Sale will be noted in the item description as well.
