AVOID these THREE Laundry Mistakes - Part 2: You’ll Never Guess this Easy Laundry Solution
By Nathaniel Thomas, founder of Terra Haven (3 minute read)
When I first learned this laundry solution, I was even more impressed with how simple, versatile, and truly sustainable Earth Breeze Eco Laundry Sheets are. Adaptability is at the core of sustainability, and this laundry detergent goes the distance when it comes to laundry solutions. I hope you're as amazed at the simplicity of this trick as I am!
So I’m guilty of letting stains sit on my clothes, which is a big mistake. What’s more annoying than pulling clean laundry out of the dryer only to see it still covered in stains? Oils, dirt, and more can stay trapped in the fibers of clothing through the wash cycle and actually set in place from the heat of the dryer, causing that stubborn stain to stick around forever!
Recently my favorite shirt had an oil stain I kept forgetting about, and I wore it several times (glaring at the stain each time LOL) before I finally remembered to use this simple solution. It worked like a charm! I wish I did it sooner, and I’m grateful for the powerful yet gentle clean these waterless laundry eco sheets provide.
If you haven’t tried Earth Breeze already, you might be wondering what on earth is a waterless eco sheet? Earth Breeze is basically a concentrated laundry detergent dehydrated in the form of an easy to use sheet. They look like dryer sheets, but they are indeed laundry detergent! In fact, they are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, and free of all the nasty stuff other companies formulate their detergents with—and Earth Breeze is even certified cruelty-free!
As soon as an Earth Breeze sheet gets wet, it begins to dissolve in either hot or cold water. You’d never guess this, but these amazing Detergent Eco Sheets are so versatile, they can also be used as a stain remover! Simply tear off a small piece just big enough to cover the stain, wet the area immediately, and place the piece over it.
For stubborn stains, you can even work the detergent into the fabric by gently rubbing it with the edge of your thumbnail until you see the stain has faded. That’s a trick I learned from Mom when she worked at the dry cleaners. She’s a pro at keeping things neat!
And with Back to School just around the corner, I think you’ll be glad to know about this handy solution to avoid letting all those messy stains set!
May you be well.
Peace,
Nathaniel
